HOW TO USE SCRUB: apply a generous amount on damp skin and massage in, ensuring to massage into areas with rough skin, such as the elbows and knees, and the overall body. Do not use on the face. After massaging, a lather will appear. Rinse off with warm water to cleanse the skin. 

HOW TO USE BUTTER: apply a generous amount to the skin and massage in. Use whenever desired. Best to use after bathing when the skin is damp.
